Kale Tortilla recipe

Flavour: Orange




  • 800 g kale
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt



Method of preparation

1. Peel and cut the garlic into small pieces. Strip the leaves and wash the cabbage in plenty of water to remove any traces of soil, then slice thinly.
2. Place in a non-stick pan with olive oil and sauté the cabbage and garlic until the cabbage is tender and the garlic golden.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs briskly, then add the cabbage and garlic and mix well.
4. Place the pan on the heat again and add a few drops of olive oil, then add the mixture.
5. When the egg starts setting, flip the tortilla using a saucepan lid or plate slightly larger than the surface of the pan.
6. Repeat,  turning a couple more times, then serve.

The tortilla is a very typical Spanish dish that can be prepared with many ingredients. We chose  cabbage, but feel free to use your imagination. The cabbage can also be boiled for 3-5 minutes in plenty of water and then drained.
